About Us

What is the Maxwell DISC Method?

The Maxwell DISC Method is a framework that helps people understand themselves and others, and achieve their goals. It's based on the leadership philosophies of John Maxwell and the DiSC profile, a personality assessment that focuses on workplace interactions.

The method includes:

  • Behavior profiling: An in-depth analysis of behavior
  • Action plan: Built from Maxwell's best practice leadership principles
  • Communication: Helps people understand how to communicate more effectively with others

The DiSC assessment categorizes people into four categories, or styles, labeled with colors:

  • Red: (D) Represents Dominance, and people with this style tend to be confident and focused on results
  • Yellow: (I) Represents Influence, and people with this style tend to be more open and focused on relationships and influencing others
  • Green: (S) Represents Steadiness
  • Blue: (C) Represents Conscientiousness

People are usually a combination of all four styles, to varying degrees, and no one style is considered "better" or "worse" than another. The Maxwell DISC Method can help teams bond and collaborate by helping them learn more about their communication styles.

Who is it for?

The Maxwell DISC method is for anyone and everyone who desires to gain a better understanding of themselves and those around them with the purpose growing into the person you were meant to become.
